About Bill Sargent

Bill Sargent, a longtime Chelan resident, was born in Salt Lake City, UT to Robert and Dorothy Sargent; rounding out an even 4 children to be the youngest sibling to Lorie, Robert (Bob) and Douglas (Doug). Bill grew up in Bothell, Washington, graduating from Inglemoor High School and then moving on to Bellevue Community College and Western Washington University where he graduated with a teaching degree and later obtained his Master’s degree in Computers and Education.

After graduating from Western, he married Lynn (Nelson) Sargent and had 3 children; Breah, William and Ryan Sargent who grew up with their dad being a teacher, football coach, sometimes their coach and driver’s ed teacher, and biggest supporter.
